lip & side skirts for 08 Yaris LB ?

Looking for some info on getting a side skirt and front lip for my 08 Yaris. I'm not familiar with the Yaris S.. Do they come stock with these ? If not, can someone throw me a link besides somewhere in japan that I can order a set of these ?
