I am getting Drag dr-31 4x100 16x7 rims 40mm offset. What tires would you recommend that are affordable and will perform well as summer tires for my yaris which is dropped a bit not sure how much exactly tho. i was thinking some reasonable low profile tires that wont rub thanks

For 16x7 +40 wheel, a common and popular tire size is 205/45/16. It's low profile and you wouldn't have to worry about any rubbing. It's also quite affordable, ranging from $75~$140 each, depending on brand and performance rating. If you buy the wheels at some places, they may also give you a good deal on a set of tires as well. If not, Tire Rack or Discount Tire also have good prices.
You could also PM a member Ryan (33OH) - he might be able to get you some awesome prices on wheel and tire packages as well. Also in the same state, I believe.

205/45/16 is good, I have also run 205/50/16 for a fatter look.
I'm running 195/50/16 on the Prius C (basically a 2013 Yaris) and that works too with a tire that has a wide tread.
Ryan is a good resource, and we are also happy to quote you on packages, tires alone or wheels alone.
