Question about the TMPS

how do i change them out?
do I have to take them out from the inside of the tires?

I assume that i can just change them over from one tire to the other with no problems, and that which wheel they come from doesn't matter because they trigger at when any tire pressure gets down to around 28 psi.

You have to remove the tire to change it. If you move them from one set of wheels to another, it doesn't matter which goes where, as the Yaris TPMS doesn't keep track of tire position.
