07 shaking

I just had battery replaced by BCAA as I couldn't get it to start so I called them and it was bad battery. But now car is shaking allot and he did nothing just gave me new battery. When I'm driving it's ok but when the car idle it is shaking allot. Also it is shaking allot more in D and allot less when in P. It is yaris hatchback 07 and 90 000 kilometres. Any ideas?

There is a Toyota TSB about that that says that after the battery is disconnected a rough idle can occur due to carbon deposits in the throttle body. The ECM got used to them being there, but with the battery disconnect it clears that memory. The solution is to clean the throttle body.
