Am I the only one interested in a front emblem swap? No results on eBay, and my local shop said there wasnt enough interest for them to carry or purchase.....

What do you want to swap the image with?

I also want to do it. been waiting for them to pop up on fleabay. Pretty sure the rear one from a second gen will fit, but I think the front one is different.

There is a dealer/aftermarket company in Japan called netz and they trim up the models for toyota. The badge on the front of the car is a sombrero T. The netz badge is a lightning bolt. The third and second gen badges are not swappable and third gen parts are apparently hard to get still.
Garm tried to get them but apparently his suppliers are not getting any in their location so his hands are tied....

The Yarii equipped by the factory with a Netz badge in the grill still have a Toyoto sombrero badge in the rear. Unless you're talking about the stick-on Vitz badges?

I got my Netz badge back from a Japanese dealer in Fussa when I was at Yokota Air Base outside of Tokyo last summer (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41126), cost me ¥2300 (just under $30) which was a deal in my book to have an OEM one.
See if you can find someone in Japan that might be willing to score one for ya!
Cheers! M2

It's actually the previous gens, strait from Toyota Japan. I just retrofit it into the bumper.

Just order one from microimage. Take off the Yota' badge, and the rest is self explainable, I just drilled two holes where the netz badge pegs fit. And filed the sides down on the back of the badge itself. Perfect fit.

The holes aren't visible by any means. Complete clean install.
