Cluster Led Swap services?

I have a replacement cluster with the tach that I want to get the color changed on(to blue) I don't trust my soldering skills. Can anyone recommend a company that does the swaps preferable east coast or at least closer than california ?

It depends on how it is broken. Is a case where someone disabled it because it was staying on and they did not want to fix the issue?
