The pin part fell inside the rear quarter panel. So the door doesnt stay closed anymore. Is this an easy fix?

Your car is new. Just get it done under warranty.

Just called dealership they said it take about 1.5hrs.. dont feel like hanging around for that long.. but I guess if it really takes 1.5hrs its not an easy fix..

You have to pop the interior panel to get to it. It sits directly in front on the tail light access panel on that side, but I don't think you can reach it through the small opening of the access panel.
