I won an auction on Ebay. OBX is the company that Toyota/Scion uses for all the aftermarket goodies such as pedals, shift knobs and so on. I ordered my shift knob through my Toyota dealer before I found out, although I can't complain. It looks like a Momo shift knob I was looking at, at about a third of the price, even through Toyota. Anyway, these are amazing. It says on the package that they are pedal covers, but there's a backing plate that screws right to the pedal and then these fasten to those plates, except for the "dead" pedal. I was going to wait until after work today, but I may bring them with me and do it at lunch.

I'd also love to meet the guys they think are heel-toe'ing on a modern japanese car like they show in that diagram.
How much wider are the OBX pedals compared to stock w/rubber?

I'll let you know. I will take pictures tonight.
I decided to wait and make sure I did everything right. With installing them permanently(there's an option of just "cliping" them to the pedals) drilling is required, so I thought I'd wait until tonight after work.

OBX actually makes a set of OEM Toyota fitment pedal pads that replace the stock rubber ones, so they require no clips or drilling....I had them on my Echo Hatch, and I am going to get them for my Yaris as well...

Is this where you'll be ordering them from?
Seeing as how they're in the US, I wonder what their policy is for shipping to Canada...

To each his own. The quality isn't bad and for 1/3 of the price of the Razo ones I was looking at originally, I couldn't pass it up. These look better in real life than in the pics too. OBX can't be that bad when Toyota is using them as the main aftermarket parts supplier for shift knobs and stuff like that. You may not like the looks, but that's all personal opinion. I'm a ricer at heart I guess....

That's where I got my first set, Toyota.com lists them as an accessory for the Yaris as well, so you can probably get them from any US dealer, as well the Canadian dealerships have them in their accessory displays, but they are stupid when it comes to ordering stuff like that...

Does anyone care to see these on? I'm not going to waste my time taking pics and posting them if it's just for me. I would rather avoid getting roasted more than I have been....

I liked them, I never saw a set with the autobahn pedal included. They look sweet to me. I could see if they were parachute deployment devices, then maybe you would want the best. But we are looking at pedals for a NON racing car. They look Kool! Please show how they mount another person installed similar pedals and they just appeared one at a time, do you WELD them on lol, clamp, screw,Glue, I need to see a secure arrangement before I would try them.. They look great please post install.

I would like to see it also!
