remove rear door's wondows

hi everyone, I am planing to spry tint the rear windows, to do that I am obliged to take the windows completly off the door, but I can't figure out how to do it.
how do I remove them !

Don't do it spray on tint looks very bad and is not durable at all and rubs off easily. Your better of DIY static cling tint if you dont want to have it professionally done. I had some spray tint that i was curouise and tried it on some glass and looked like crap before you got the coating all even out it got extremely black and let very little light out.
