I just ordered the Curt 110503 hitch. I need suggestions for an inexpensive and somewhat light weight trailer. Some things I want to tow include:
-a canoe 17 foot
-a small riding lawn mower
-maybe some plywood
Please offer suggestions. I have the 09 hatch back with a stick shift.

I've just purchased the HarborFreight 40x48" trailer, 12" wheel version for autocross. I went that route because it's the least expensive. If you're in the $500-600 range, you can get a pretty nice pre-made, welded trailer with a ramp. The biggest concern is weight: you're bolting to thin metal, not a structural rail like on a truck.

4' x 8' Harbor Freight, around $230 with a coupon. Folds up nice for storage
