Restoring sun bleached seats

Hello everyone!

I have an older Corbeau seat and while I love it, the sun (OK OK... after-work farting) has bleached the color into an ugly gray. Have any of you had experience in dyeing the fabric on faded seats? Do I have other options to restore in on the cheap?

I would imagine if you can get all the fabric off the seat safely you could dye it back to black or have someone dye it for you.
