2012 Steering Disassembly

I am trying to take apart my steering wheel to add steering controls I have reached as far as taking the steering of and removing the to visable screws and I see a clip but that still does not free up the middle area,its a 2012 steering wheel.Any help would be appreciated,I already sent Ct Scott a cry for help,thanks

The spring clips behind the 3 round holds are what you need to release to allow the airbag assembly to be removed. Remove the small cover on the right side of the wheel and you can reach in to release those clips.

Ive removed the bag,what I want to do is remove the silver area with the steering controls and thanks for the reply.

where can we buy the steering controls and that leather steering wheel ?
