Strange noise after new exhaust install

Ever since I've had my exhaust redone I've been hearing this noise from under the car. It only happens at 600 rpm or under.

Video loaded for me and that is exactly what it sounded like. Almost the same sound as when you have a heat shield come loose and it vibrates against the exhaust.

OP, when the car is off and cooled down, go underneath and wiggle the exhaust a bit and see if you can figure out what is rubbing and where.

I know this is an old thread, but I finally figured out what the noise was: A bad flange gasket (from exhaust manifold to cat. converter).

Looks like they didn't replace it when I took my car in to get a new exhaust.
