Having a problem with the seller. Only two of the four items I purchased arrived. He won't answer texts or calls. Started a paypal dispute. We'll see the outcome.

Same here. ^ coilovers came without 7 parts. Filed a dispute, went to a claim. No word from seller until yesterday saying everything was there when it wasnt. Not happy with this sale unfortunately.

Not sure why they didn't ban this guy before, I remember seeing other threads about him ripping people off.

He denied partial refund for the two missing items. Said, "I've been in the hospital and got out yesterday. The room bar was sent to the wrong customer and has arrived back since my wife shipped it. I will be sending it out this week."

Same story as a year and a half ago. This guy's a loser.

I escalated the dispute to a claim.

Update:

He finally shipped one of the two missing items.

Paypal issued a fair partial refund.

Everything he sent was crap. My fault for not getting pics/info.

I didn't pursue full refund because I didn't want to pay to ship them back. I'll sell them for around what I paid and cut my losses.

Its a shame. I've had such awesome experiences with tons of people on here. This douche nozzle's IP address should be banned.

@jekqmb: How hard is it to follow through, or at least to keep people updated?
Sorry, but I think this warrants a warning. Unless you post a good reason why you're not handling people's cash properly, I will have to ban you outright.
