jdm power mirrors

i am in japan and have a 2000 toyota vitz it has power mirrors that "fold" unfortunately they currently do not fold or power anything, anyone else had a problem with this and have some advice for me?

Check the 7.5A ACC fuse in the fuse panel that is under the bottom of the dash.
