Looking for some help on how to install a boost gauge in the Yaris. Any guides already written? (If so I couldn't find it with the search function) and opinions on the best or most accurate boost guage.

I need a way to monitor what PSI I'm at while I'm driving but I'm not sure what brand gauge to buy or what vacuum lines I'm even supposed to tee the boost gauge into like the Maf lines or something? Could I intersect where my AEM FIC is plugged into or something? Or would that have an affect on the FIC?

Are you running a turbo or a Blitz?

I went with the AEM 0-15 psi analog gauge. I haven't run the wires through the firewall yet, but there was already a threaded hole in the Blitz manifold. I'm planning on mounting the boost and AFR gauge inside the driver's glovebox so that they're in "stealth" mode until I need them.

I have an Autometer analog vacuum/boost gauge (I initially bought a boost only gauge, but got tired of it making sucking noises when I was not in boost).
I mounted mine in the face of the drivers side glove box cover and ran the tubing through a hole I drilled in the back of the glove box, and then through the large grommet on the firewall, behind the battery, to the Blitz manifold.
For power, I connected it to the pink wire on the ignition switch connector (ignition switched +12). I connected the illumination wires to the dimmer rheostat connector: Brown (illumination power) and green (illumination ground).

I'll be running the AEM tru-boost that Garms sells.
