I have a stock 2012 toyota yaris se auto. I used to want the firmer suspension that it came with but now my driving habits have changed and now I want the most comfortable ride possible. What can I do to make the ride smoother so I dont feel every bump and feel the harshness of speed bumps no matter how slow I creep over them? I am open to anything right now. I was thinking of air suspension but I dont want stock quality, I want better and as close to stock quality as possible. Please no posts to just get a luxury car. I like my car and just want to make it better.

Self levering adjusting suspension it might be the one. The computer and sensor dose the work for you.

Most comfortable are the original springs with stock shocks.
Mid drop with stiff ride = TRD Springs (red ones).
Agressive drop with mid bouncy ride = Tein
Really Stiff ride = Full Set Coilovers
air would be more comfy than stock I would assume its what luxury cars use for that super plush ride

Not sure what this means, but I don't know how to make your suspension any softer than stock.

Stock suspension ride is super comfy. I couldn't believe it. Definitely Granny approved.
So much so that I changed it all in favour of kart like handling, and loosened fillings.
