So I've noticed in my car (description on left, basically a yaris running gear).
That when you're sitting down or getting up from the car, there's a metal sound, kinda like a suspension but also kinda like brake-creep-groan.
Not too loud , but the car is not old and has only 40k miles straight out of Japan. Suspension travel is still good, no sound over bumps either.
So what could it be ? Does your yaris make that sound ?
My parking brake makes a creaking sound occasionally when I get in an out of the car

The article below is similar to what I'm experiencing:

I think it's a bushing that needs to be greased then ? or the parking brake scraping when you're sitting down and getting up ?
My dad's 2007 toyota Auris makes no noise.

One of mine used to do it and I initially thought it was coming from the driver's side spring perch, but it turned out to be the rear brake. When I cleaned and relubed the rear brakes it went away.

There are a few points of contact for the shoes within the drum where you apply high temperature brake grease. Over time that grease gets coated with brake dust and that is when they start making noise.
See the "brake" section of the service manual for the grease points:
