Can any advise about how to remove the center council to get at the leak in my AC hose - it leaks out from under the glove box. All the screws are well hidden, as you know.

The console where the radio and dials are correct?

Check this video out (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VyWAXdO_83w)

If you're talking about the console where the e-brake is, in the 2007, there's a single screw where the cup hold is, you need to unscrew it, pulled up the e-brake, and slowly lift from the back to remove the whole piece.

Thanks. We'll take a look. My boyfriend things he will need to remove the whole center compartment by the brake, as well as around the stereo and then glove box to get at the hose that is plugged. He read that there was supposed to be a $20 filter used, to prevent this clogging and then leaking, but someone apparently decided to save some money in the manufacturing and leave it out. Anyhow, need to fix it without breaking anything else before WI winter comes.

I drive a 2008, but it looks a lot like what is in the video clip you sent.

You don't have to remove anything more than the left top edge of the passenger footwell carpet to access the hose to clear the condensate drain.
