Saw a Blazing Blue LB in Havelock NC: Vitz Emblem, Lowered, Rims, Tint..

I've seen plenty of Yarii around here, but never any that aren't stock. Any ideas on who this is?

Might have been me... But I don't know if I've ever been to Havelock. Girlfriend said she thought she saw me one apparently there's another one just like mine up in Statesville.

I just looked up where Maiden was, basically across the state from here haha. Thanks for the reply though, I honestly thought this was a shot in the dark.
