My radiator got broken and leaked out all fluid. The engine shut itself down. When it shut down, no matter how far I pushed the excelerator, I could get any rpms. I replaced the radiator. The engine turns over, but won't start. Is there a interlock that I need to reset to get the care to start?

There is not an interlock. If it overheated to the point where it shut down you may have done some significant damage to the engine. The first failures at that point would be a blown head gasket and/or a warped head.

I hate that Toyota did not put a temperature dial gauge in these that way folks can see if their cars are running a little hot or close to hot and stop before they boil over-bad news man. By the time the little temperature light comes on it might be too late, damage done already. You need to make it a habit to check your coolant level at least once a week to be on the safe side and anything out of the ordinary needs to be investigated thoroughly before it becomes a real problem and leaves you stranded or worse like Damaged engine block. I feel for ya bro

i've missed 1/2 qt and never overheated.
There shouldn't be any damages when the lights come on. It means you are in the red.. set yourself aside and shut off.
Driving it beyond engine self shutdown will certainly cause damages!
