I took my 3dr 08 in to be service at a a new dealer ship one town over and while I was there I just looked at the new cars and some just a year older than mine. I didn't like any of them. My car has the speed and gas and all the lights in the center of the dash. The newer ones have all moved that stuff to behind the steering wheel. I'm 5 even and one this days I'm going that little old lady you can barely see driving the car. The reason why I like my car is because I sit up high and not have to look over something just behind the steering wheel. I hope my car can last for a long time. The only one I really like was IQ and it was smaller than my car! They only had about 4 yaris hatch backs on the lot and then they were park way in the back, where some older prius were parked. You know no ones going to see them there, unless the sales takes them there.
Not everybody needs a four door car, most them just looked to big.

Same here. I'm 5'3" and I've gotten used to the center-mounted speedometer and the clear vision right out in front of me. I'm disappointed the newer Yaris has gone back to the left.

I'm just under 6' 4" and I also like the high seating position. It took a bit of getting used to (different from other small cars I've had in the past), but I like it.

I was just ribbing you/teasing you with post #5. I can't imagine that anyone who has read even just a few of your posts could take any offense.

Huh. I was kicked out of a BMW forum for suggesting BMW motorcycles had as many problems as Harleys and out of an ST1300 for suggesting the ST1100 was a better motorcycle!
But thanks for that!

LOL. I was thinking re personal intent and respect, rather than mechanical content re the mode of transportation. That you got kicked out of that forum for that dispute is a real eye roller. Those people should be ashamed of themselves. Reminds me of the mantra of 'tolerance and open mindedness as long as you agree with me' mindset that some people embrace, but will never admit that they do (even if it is pointed out to them).

Motorcyclists tend to be a little touchy about things when it comes to their bikes.
