Xtreme Xperience does tours around the continental US. they go various race tracks and people can pay for 3 laps in the what ever car they chose(from the list of car being brought to that track). I got to drive them because my awesome wife noticed a discount on living social and got me booked up for those cars as my birthday present.

it was at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw SC. (same track as "Are You Faster than a Redneck?", only we used the whole track not half)

Way nice, we got a group that does that as well.... Only they baby their cars making them into hazards on the racetrack. I nearly rammed a gallardo with my volvo 360 and a guy I know actually hit the porsche 997 gt3 CS with is sierra because they just start waving all over the place in the brakezones and brake at unpredictable times (like when you normally go flat out)

Cool that you actually get proper instruction :) And lucky with the wife!
