Clutches (and flywheels, recommended to do both while you're in there!) and headers are in stock. Our shop number is (818) 610-3635.

Cali Yaris, could you send me an image of the green stitching color on the leather shift boot? I want to see what type of green it is, and if it goes with the other green on my car. Thanks!

Has any one ran a Short Runner 1NZ Intake Manifold on there yaris and if so how much of a gain did you get ?

^ Short runner version will only make you more power if you are running 15 psi or more of boost. Not recommended for N/A applications.

09cptn, I'll PM you.

I'm working on a new part right now... but I don't know how good it will be yet.

It's a bolt on intake manifold spacer that will lengthen the runners to lower the torque curve for a little more bottom end pull. It will be similar to this one I designed for the Toyota Tacoma 2.7...

The first run of a dozen II.VII's tested well and sold out...

...so the next step is to make a Yaris I.V. The prototype will be ready for dyno testing next month, so we'll see how it works and go from there.

Tooter, very interested in this. what sort of price point are we talking about on this? is it the same plastic as the manifold?

The production run of twelve Tacoma II.VII kits sold for $245 including shipping...

...and the profit from sales covered all of my design, prototype, dyno runs, material, manufacturing, gaskets, mounting hardware, shipping, and PayPal costs...

...plus I got a free prototype spacer for my truck out of the deal.

And yes, it's the same strong heavy dense high temp nylon that the intake manifold is made out of.

I'm totally happy to break even on each project, and to move on to the next one. The Yaris I.V will likely be the same price as all of the material and machining costs are similar.

The tooter intake manifold did the same. I sold enough complete manifolds, build it yourself kits, and individual parts to cover all of the production costs, and I ended up with one free manifold to run on my car.

These are the perfect mini sized projects for me, as the market is really thin with just enough interest to support one short production run. Then I go to the next idea.

At that price point, just let me know when you have them ready. i would like to be on the first list (as i assume if these make power, you will sell tons of these).
