Hello all,

Below are latest update pictures for my converted JDM Vitz... The latest mod that I did was the Runstop rear disc conversion. Good looking stuffs with improved 20% of braking power, one of the good investment mod.

The mods list is shown on my signature...

Hope you guys like it... Enjoy it, guys...

P.S. Sorry for the large crappy photos taken from my phone cam.

Your pics are just fine, and your car is beautiful. Dark wheels on a white car look really cool.

Guys, finally i took the courage and go for the 16" Enkei RPF1 offset 35mm. Sure it look damn flush now.

Before this I am using the Runstop/R1 rear disc conversion. To my honest opinion, the conversion kit is :thumbdown::thumbdown:

1. It create a lot of noise during right cornering in all speed. And it is only on the right turn cause this noise. Soft..loud..soft...loud. I hear it is from rear right hand. When the rear right is less load during right turn cornering, the system give out noise!

The noise is the kind of sound that the caliper, brake pads, rotors etc is not being flat/true. Damn irritating. The mechanic confirm that it is the rear bracket that hold the caliper is warped.

2. The Runstop/R1 caliper design to use only their brake pads. No other after market company make them. Kind of suck:thumbdown:

3. I must say the braking performance is sure improved. Somehow i feel the rear stopping action is way "too much" causing UN-balance brake bias between the front.

Find up and low from local junk yards and managed to get 1 used Vitz RS complete rear axle with disc brake which they just imported and it is still fresh in their container, lucky ME!! Got them to deliver the next day and got it installed by my mechanic.

Now, everything is so freaking smooth and JDM feel...:headbang::headbang:

P.S. Due to the axle design of holding the caliper to the axle, i cannot use the PG hub spacer now. Because using it will cause our rotors extend out but NOT the caliper. I am planning to do the rim spacers with extended studs next round.
