I own a Vitz, year 2006, engine 1.3, automatic transmision.

I want to know if my car supports the OBDII interface.

No. The Japanese market Vitz are MOBD rather than OBDII, so standard OBDII readers will not work.

You would need to find a Japanese market device, similar to the OBDII devices.
