motor shakes in gear at idle

my motor shakes and rocks at idle ,when your stoped , and in gear , take it out a gear and it stops , othere then that it runs great and MPG is great , some one told me there is a ajustment on one of the motor mounts , is that true , if so where and what mount , 08 Yaris hatch back , 2 door .

It Is Auto tranny , not a stick
