Spark plug gap for 04 echo

Hey guys, new to YW, got a question for my 04 echo.

I bought the car used from my bro, one owner before him. I don't think the spark plugs have been changed in a while. So i figured i'd swap them out. I was wondering what to gap them at. It's pretty cold weather right now so I don't want to have any problems with starting, though I havent had any problems with the current plugs yet.

Spark plug gap, 0.8 mm (0.031 in.)

I've set the gap as high as 0.038" without any issues, but specs is ~0.032" IIRC.
