Trying to find a paint to match OEM color of the grey panel on the A pillar.
I have an "A" pilar 3 gauge pod panel peice that is black and I want to paint it the same color as original panel to match the rest of the oem color scheme. I figure this would be easier than trying to paint the rest of the grey peices black.
Does anyone know of a name brand and paint color that matches this?

It is an odd color. I just had a quart mixed up of custom paint to touch up some holes that I plugged in a pillar, where I removed a tach.
The shop that shot a piece of trim that I brought and mixed it custom for me used deep-base and tinted it with B-15 1/2, C-4 1/2, and F-1.
It matches perfectly, but I should have gone with satin, instead of flat. To account for the lack of sheen I sprayed a light coat of satin clear over it.

If you are interested, I can find an appropriate shipping jar and can send you some of mine (as a quart is a lifetime supply).

I brushed it on with a foam brush and there are no signs of brush marks.

Well then. I am berry interested then. I think a baby jar would be enough and extra to touch up later if needed.
Let me know if you are for realzies. Ill send paypal moneys with address.

Correct on the Satin clear. I personally like Krylon.
