When I have the radio (Am/fm) on at night I get I lot of static but if I turn my lights off the static goes away what can this be? :iono::iono::iono::iono:
btw I have HIDs

It would most likely be your HID ballasts emitting a lot electrical noise. Higher quality ones will have been EMI suppression built in. You could try snapping a set of the ferrite beads on the ballast power leads to see if that helps.
