[Yaris Tsport 1.5 2005 - want to add ultra-gauge (OBD options?)

Hi to all

i have Yaris Tsport 1.5 2005
and i want to add ultra-gauge:

for get more info such as:
oil temp
water temp
fuel and more

i have question, witch data/info i can get from the Yaris OBD ?
and did the yaris have ISO 9141 protocol?
and some one connect the ultra-gauge on his car?

Not sure about Ultra gauge, but I have a OBD-Bluetooth adapter and have Torque Pro. It shows me fuel flow, AFR, coolant temperature & bunch of other things. But not oil temp, water temp and fuel level.
