How to change the washer fluid direction in Yaris 2008?

Can I move it to a bit up. Because it is too much down. So I cannot wash my Front glass clean.

With the Yaris they are not adjustable. You actually have to change to a different part number nozzle to change where they hit. If you look on the side of the lower portion of the nozzle your will see the "discrimination number" of your current ones:
