Ok so i have a 2007 toyota yaris and has 113,000 miles on it! Today the "check engine" light came on, I checked my gas cap and it was loose so I tightened it on and light was still present. I then disconnected (waited 15 minutes) and reconnected the battery. (negative first when disconnecting and negative last when reconnecting) and now My car vibrates when i am not driving or have my foot on the gas pedal. I am really worried about this, I am reading it can be the motor mount damaged and I also read that since that the battery was disconnected that the car's system needs to relearn itself and that by driving so it can relearn its system and the vibration will go away? is this true? any other helpful device? I have driven it much today.
Thanks in advance.
