Wheres the headlite adjuster?

Im waiting another few weeks to have the accident dammage repaired.

In the meantime is it possible to adjust the headlites? The left low beam is really low but the right is fine. Which way do you turn the screw to raise the beam? And where is it?

Whats the white screw in the center of the picture do? Is that the vertical adjustment?

Correct - The white one is the vertical adjuster.
