Need help adding AUX to my YA 2010?

Hi all,
I'm just newbie in our forum. Thanks for many topics here that I can make up my YA 2010 so well. Actually I tried to add AUX to my stereo using some tricks here but failed. Resistor 2.2k Ohm connected between pin 18 and 19, jacks AUX are plugged to pin 15,16,17. Still don't know what happen with my HU, no AUX signal shows at all. Anyone here could help me, pls. Thanks so much.

With the lack of the word "AUX" on the face, I suspect that it does not have that option. Searching for the Toyota part number does not show any aftermarket AUX adapters for that particular radio either.

Thank CTScott, maybe I should try other solution. I found this on chinese website, but don't know whether it fitted and functioned. Is there anyone here tried this?

That is the type of device you would need, but does the manufacturer list compatibility with your head unit part number?
