Round filler piece on front bumper???

So....I am just curious but what does the round, out of place, filler piece on the front bumper do? What is it for? What does it cover? Can a machine gun\ rocket launcher be mounted there?

It's for the towing loop that is found in the bag with your jack equipment. You remove the round cover and screw in the tow loop and that allows you to tow from their instead of under the car where you might tear something off. Look in your yaris manual under towing, it will explain it with pictures!!
