Product that will make my dash shine

My dash on my 08 yaris has bad discoloration. I have used different products but nothing works. Does anybody know of a good product for the vinyl...with a lasting shine.

The dash is ABS plastic as opposed to Vinyl. I would try something like Back to Black to see if that will take away the stains. With the surface having such a flat finish (and intentionally to reduce glare) making it shine is a difficult thing to do.
