ad/reprogram remote starter button to key

Hello everyone!!!

I don't have keyless remote key for my yaris (have only regular without buttons)
I installed remote started on my car which has remote with all that features like keyless entry...
I know i can buy toyota key with buttons and make it work with my car, but my question is:
Can i program panic button on the key so it work like remote starter?

I just dont want to carrying around key and remote

A Toyota key will only work if your car has OEM keyless entry. The fact that you don't have a key with the buttons says you don't.

If you did have OEM keyless, you could not program the panic button to be the remote start button, but with some remote starters you can do a pattern of multiple lock presses, lock unlock presses, etc. to trigger the remote starter. I installed one that way on my 2004 Xterra, which had OEM keyless entry.

My car has OEM keyless entry. I just dont have a key (dont ask why :-) )
And my remote starter opens doors. I just dont want to carrying two devices in my pocket (key and remote)

OK. So, in that case the question is if your remote starter supports a triggering mode other than via its own remote.
