3M is a very good brand. when ever i need some adhesive, i'd try to look for 3M first.

If any Canadians are reading this, and know where to find this stuff, speak up! Crappy Tire doesn't carry 3M stuff! :frown:

Never tried the black... The 3M grey double sided tape is wicked strong. I 've used it to attach factory trim and it never comes off. You have to use the emblem removal technique should you need to get it off. You can get it at hardware stores and even Walmart. Walmart has the narrow width in their "autobody" section, but to get the wide (1 inch) look in the home improvment section.
Good stuff! Lots of uses.
