1nz throw out bearing D.I.Y?

anyone ever change the throw out bearing for the 1nzfe?

looking for a repair manual, but not seeing one.

Check out microimageonline.com. They have the whole OEM manual available in pdf. The bearing itself takes only a few seconds to replace. Getting the transmission off takes several hours.
