GPS head unit for new 2014 Yaris LE???

Hi - I just bought a brand new 2014 Yaris LE 5-speed hatchback. Just wondering if anyone has bought a similar Yaris and replaced the head unit with a GPS touchscreen? I'd like to do this but have absolutely no idea what brand to consider.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Don't know if you can get that radio in Canada?

And don't buy those Chinese radio's...they aren't worth the money.

Believe me, I've had one in my previous 2012 model and they suck.
