Clear coat peeling or paint sealant coming off?

I have a 08 Yaris I got a month ago and looks like the clear-coat might be coming off or I think it might be paint sealant that the previous owner put on or automatic carwash put cause I clayed the whole car and didn't notice this spot til today. Kinda hard to see it in the pics. That part of the paint where it came off feels more smooth than the rest of the paint.

It looks like it was polished on the one part cause the rest of the paint looks hazy than that part might be from being polished before. Don't think it's the clear coat.

My camera sucks but I'll try to post some better pictures to make it more visible. The spots on the car I see are shiny glossy spots like it looks like it's been polished but theres some by the top of the door and the fender driver and passenger side but nothing peeling. I probably get the whole car polished to see if that fixes it.
