So, reading the local newspaper, and saw this advertisement for a Ford F-150 XLT for just under 13k!!!

I've seen ads in some states in the U.S. that paint a similarly rosy picture. After locating the fine print, each time the fine print revealed that the highlihted/focused upon amount didn't represent the (before T & L) full price of the vehicle.

I love when a "price" is advertised and the fine print says "after $5,000 (or whatever) down payment or trade".
They could advertise a $15K car as free after a $15K down payment.

its just the amount of rebate on the sale price, wich may be applied on the highest trim possible. Dam fine print.
Good pickup sure, still prefer Dodge :P

You guys are right. Price there is the total price adjustment. Stupid French was hard to understand. lol

Thanks for the translation. I don't understand French either but one thing that stood out from that article was that employees were pricks. I didn't know it translated to "employee pricing".
