The mud flaps are tempting, but I'm concerned about drilling holes in the bodywork--Michigan uses salt on the roads.

clear silicone sealant on threads, or a can of undercoating sprayed on the inside( walmart or similar)

^Cranky,
It's been a while since I did mine, but if I remember correctly the front muds line with screws already there for the black wheel well plastic protector thing. On the rears you do drill/screw into the plastic rear bumber. I marked the holes, heated up a finish nail and melted pilot holes then screwed them in with and offset screwdriver, or you could remove the rears.
I don't recall drilling into any metal bodywork at all. Scott would know if my recollection is correct.

The rears go completely into plastic. The fronts do require screwing into sheetmetal. The OEM ones do line up with the fender well holes. These do not.

Calipers are OEM. It looks like shipping to Canada would be $56. They are way heavier than I would have imagined. Calipers and frames weigh a total of 18.6 lbs.

I would add a relay. You could try a quick test with the OEM wiring and see if the horn fuse blows. The Wolo instructions do not say what the horn actually draws, but it does say to fuse it at 20 Amps, sit is is likely over 10A.

That is what I thought wonder if just replacing the fuse would be OK and the harnest could handle the extra courent

Considering that the horn is typically used in short bursts, that would probably be OK. Quite a few people have installed dual horn kits without using a relay.

I had an evil thought with that hood, I always thought about putting Rally Lights on my hood but don't enjoy the fact that they would permanently leave holes in the hood....I used to work 2:30-11 and wish I had 4 KC Deer-lighters, my wife now drives it at night (3-11) hmmmn......

You need a setup like the Tag Rally Sport Yaris:

That's actually a custom light pod that TRS had made. It bolts to the hood and they have it set up where it can easily be removed for races where they don't need it.

I wish it was mass-Produced w/Hella Lights, I would seriously consider putting it on...
I have an 2004 F150 and Hella discontinued their Rally 4000 F150 Grille right before I discovered it....no more to be had... :(

I have 2 questions:
1. Do you still have the dome light posted in the first page? The one I currently have has a loose swich that no longer switches on/off/door without me pushing upward on the switch itself. (not sure if that's a common problem or not)
2. Do you ship to canada? I'll pay for extra shipping.

I do have the dome light assembly, but it is just the plastic housing with the lever, not the actual light assembly above it (as that was part of the harness)

The bulk of the interior parts of the sedan and LB are different. Very few parts are shared.

My 6 tons of wood pellets for winter heating are coming this week
I saw on This Old House where they went to Germany and that's what they use to heat houses...wood pellet fired boilers.
How much does 6 tons of wp's cost?
How many BTUs is that?
Thanks!

I pay between $200 and $250 per ton, depending on the price of gas (as the main factor that effects the pellet cost is the cost to haul them).
For my house I find that a ton of pellets produces the same heat as a 275 gallon tank of furnace oil, for about 1/4 to 1/3 the cost.

Gee that's great! I go through about 700 gallons of heating oil a year and just a couple years ago we were paying $4.35 a gallon. Now its ~$2.
