Will 175 60 R16 tires fit my new Yaris??

Hi - I have a 2014 Yaris LE. I have a set of basically brand new snowtires that I had for my previous Scion. The size is 175 60 R16. My question is, if I bought a set of 16" rims, would these snow tires work for me on the Yaris?

If you compare it to a 185/65-15 it's almost the exact same size.
