Help modifying passenger seat to go further back.

My wife has requested multiple times, that I modify the passenger seat so it can slide further back. She needs to be able to extend her legs during drives because of her medical condition.

I'm looking for a way to do this yet not compromise the airbags in the seat or safety in case of collision. Any helpful ideas appreciated!
