Why won''t my airbag light go away?

Hello, my airbig lights won't go away when I turn on my engine. I would like to clear these lights or fix them but don't know how. I've been thinking about taking it to a dealership but they probably want an arm and a leg just to look at it. I'm worried about my safety if these airbags are damaged or won't deploy in an accident.

Most likely your spiral cable is the issue and most 2nd generation Yaris are under the recall for said issue. If you want to be sure before knocking on the dealer's door, you can read the codes yourself with just jumping two pins on the OBD port under the dash:
