Good day everyone
Let me apologise if this is the wrong place to ask this but I am a non-US resident and besides microimage this is the only other US forum I am a member.
The issue;
Although I am a non-US resident I regularly purchase items from the US and have it shipped to a company in Miami that forwards the mail to me in Trinidad and Tobago (the Caribbean).
I purchased a phone on ebay and used PayPal for the payment (not the 1st time I did this) on the 23rd Aug. To this date the company has not received the item although the USPS first-class tracking says delivered on the 28th Aug. I have purchased and shipped other items since the 23rd Aug.
I contacted USPS and they said to wait to see if the package, ebay closed the case and I recently tried opening a new case with the seller. The item had the ebay money back guarantee offer.
Any suggestions on how to acquire a refund or do I just consider this a loss of money?
