Fog Lights Switch Help

First of all I'm new here so I don't know if this is the right section to post this (it says anything electronic related so yeah) I installed these eBay Fog Lights, all by myself no instructions included or anything, it took me like an hour, and I've finished, but I have a little problem, and it's that the switch backlight led stays on, because I connected it directly to the battery (it mainly had a brown thing but the US models don't have no place to connect that) and I need something so that I can connect it and when I turn off my car the switch goes off. Please help (also sorry for bad english) :iono:

Nevermind, I fixed it, I peeled a little bit a cable from the headlight lamps and connected to it, now it turns on when I turn on the headlights shorts and the headlight itself (don't know names)
