The Mazda 2 is #10 . I wonder if this will influence the future 'Mazda 2ish' Mexican Yaris ? Four Toyotas are in the top 9....#9 = FJ Cruiser, #8 = Scion TC, #4 = Toyota Supra, #3 -Scion FR-S.

Baha haha #7 Mercury Topaz! I haven't seen one of those in a while. How the hell did that lemon make the top 7 of speeding violations?! Doesn't surprise me about the wrx being #1. Although I've had mine since the end of 2012 and I haven't been booked yet. Knock on wood that it stays like that.

Oops nvm, just thoroughly read the article. Seems its primary violations are failure to yield haha that makes a lot of sense now.

Kind of a misleading/skewed article. Considering the dismally low sales unit volume of the Mazda2 in the USA, 28.1% of Mazda2 drivers isn't very many people at all - compared to 28.1% of the people who might drive a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. I'm sure that far more actual people are cited for tickets who drive Civics or Corollas annually (since there are so many more of them), than those who drive a Mazda2.

Too bad the yaris isn't on the list, would have been some good street cred for the pup. Still crackin' up about the topaz making top 10. What a beauty.

^^^^^ I was wondering, will this have any effect on insurance rates for the future 'Mexican Yaris'. Of course no one would know that, as I failed to include that nugget .
